RETURNS

Regular-price merchandise can be returned within 14 days of the shipping date of the original order for a full refund or store credit. Merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged. Nice and easy.

To request a return and get a return authorization number please contact us here. If the return is authorized, detailed shipping instructions will be provided via with your return authorization number. We suggest using a registered post service as we are not responsible for lost returns shipped by you. Keep the tracking number in case you need to track the package with the post service of your choice.

Return packages without prior authorization are subject to a restocking fee of $20.

Returnable items:

  • Items purchased in the last 14 days.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn.
  • If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, or color), you must contact Customer Service here within 14 days of the delivery date.

Once the return is approved and the instructions are sent to you, we will do our utmost to process your return within 14 days of receipt. 

As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original method of payment. A confirmation email will also be sent once the return has been completed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
